Jill has more than 20 years of experience providing IT, governance, project management and oversight services to government and private sector organizations. For the last seven years, she has worked with state governments in the planning, design, development, implementation, enhancement and support of Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll-related systems and solutions. Her expertise includes benefits, compliance, Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting, Financial Systems Collections and Disbursements, upgrades and infrastructure migrations. She also has deep knowledge of governance, project management, consulting, contract negotiations and vendor management, quality assurance, business process improvement and change management. She has managed multiple large, complex initiatives and has worked closely with business executives and government leaders to improve operating efficiency and supportability, reduce costs and enhance revenue and compliance through technology-related initiatives.
