He has held senior strategic sourcing positions at Xerox, BellSouth, DS Waters and Fiserv prior to becoming the Director of the Hardware & Software Group. His negotiation expertise includes, but is not limited to Hardware; Software; Maintenance; Professional Services; Desktop/Laptop; Thin Client, Mainframe; Distributed Servers, SAAS solutions, pCards, Fulfillment, Lockboxes and more. Tyrone has a wide negotiation range perfect for analyzing IT environments to identify and realize IT cost reduction opportunity. 

Louis joined the ISG team in early 2014 after nearly 20 years with Microsoft Corporation. Louis has compiled a track record of Enterprise client success underpinned by customer focus, strategic thinking, organizational agility, problem-solving acumen and impactful knowledge transfer which has established his reputation as a Microsoft licensing expert.

During his time with Microsoft, Louis worked in both the Consulting Service Group as a Practice Manager and in the Worldwide Licensing and Pricing Group as a Director responsible for designing and negotiating Global Volume Licensing relationships. As a highly effective and influential communicator/negotiator, Louis has delivered consistent business results across both revenue and quality of service performance targets.

Ed Armstrong is a Six-Sigma trained supply-chain and sourcing professional with over 17 years of IT, telecom, indirect strategic sourcing, category management, procurement operations, contract management, supplier management, finance and business process improvement experience. As a Principal Consultant in ISG’s Network & Software Advisory Practice, Ed is focused on  helping clients identify and capture cost and value optimization opportunities  in their enterprise, ERP, application and subscription based software and IT hardware spend verticals.

Dave Goodman is ISG’s cloud subject matter expert and thought leader with a focus on enterprise infrastructures, business service management, cloud solutions and services. Dave oversees the strategy and definition of cloud consulting services and meets with CxO’s to understand pain points in adopting cloud and advise on strategic decisions. He is a solution visionary experienced in defining future technology roadmaps, communicating strategy and business value to customers, corporate executive management, and technical teams.

Kimberly Tobias is a Business Development Executive for the Northeast Region in the U.S. She has responsibility for business development and client relationship management for Chemicals, Utilities, Manufacturing, Media, Retail, CPG, Travel, Transportation and Hospitality. With over 25 years of experience as both a client and an advisor, Kimberly has a broad base of knowledge to assist clients with the assessment of their current operations, development of their future state strategy and implementation of that strategy.

John Szente is a Principal Consultant with over 30 years of experience providing IT solutions consulting and management, vendor management and IT strategic sourcing across multiple categories including software, telecommunications (network, wireless and analog), hardware and managed/outsourced services. In his Principal Consultant role, John is responsible for helping ISG’s clients identify and capture near, mid and long-term cost optimization opportunities in their enterprise, ERP, desktop and subscription-based software and IT hardware spend.

Mr. Giffin is a Principal Consultant within ISG’s Software Advisory practice. He is a leading expert in Microsoft solutions, licensing, programs, and product terms. Jake has helped hundreds of enterprise-level clients conduct due diligence engagements for investment validation and contract negotiation over the past 10+ years. He holds multiple Microsoft certifications, most recently in Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud platforms. In recognition of his knowledge, he has participated in Microsoft Worldwide Partner Advisory Council (PAC) meetings. Jake has also been selected for various speaking engagements at industry conferences and internal events.
