In 2022, ASU engaged ISG to support its efforts to assess its current HCM/Payroll systems, and subsequently support the procurement of new HCM/Payroll software and a system integrator:

  • Discovery, research and analysis of current university policies and practices, system deficiencies and customizations to identify system requirements for the new HCM
  • Documented the findings in a comprehensive Current Systems Assessment report and presentation
  • Assisted ASU in finalizing the overall project scope including the list of features/functions to be deployed
  • Prepared and presented a Market Scan of the current HCM/Payroll systems landscape in higher education, including best practices, current and future market trends, and innovative solutions and technology
  • Assisted the University in determining the true cost of ownership of each viable HCM solution
  • Assisted and advised the University during the HCM software evaluation, selection, and contract process
  • Developed the procurement strategy for HCM/Payroll system integrator
  • Developed a Request for Proposal for ERP system integration services
