Prior to his current role, Chip led the ISG Industries team in the Americas, helping clients across sectors build smarter, more efficient and more competitive enterprises. He started his career at ISG in 2016, when Alsbridge was acquired by the firm. During his tenure as CEO at Alsbridge, he presided over a complete operational and performance overhaul, building it into a leading global sourcing competitor and earning its private equity owners an exceptional return on investment.

Jeff Augustin has more than 34 years of business experience including 6 years as a Partner in the advisory arena, five years as a CIO for professional service firms, and more than 23 years in providing IT outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO) services to global Fortune 500 companies. Additionally he pioneered the initial automation strategy for ISG since its emergence in the marketplace. He has worked with hundreds of organizations in a variety of industries and countries. Throughout his 34-year career, Jeff has led sales, service delivery and business operations in Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Hungary, Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, India, Russia, China, Jamaica, and the UK.

Tracy Lipasek is an experienced advisor with more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, process automation, transformation, leadership and software development. Her experience includes work for EDS and HP. Currently, she is a partner within ISG Automation responsible for global delivery of Intelligent Automation services.

Anurag Saxena has witnessed the evolution of Software defined Network and Digital Workforce. He has led clients and technology partners through the buying process, transforming businesses and moving them from traditional human workforces to be digitally augmented and enabled enterprises. As a partner of the Firm, Anurag will be part of the Automation business team in the Americas, focused on expanding the footprint of one of ISG’s fastest-growing service lines.

Wayne is an automation pioneer, initially starting out as an early adopter of RPA in 2010, creating one of the first Enterprise scale RPA operations. His early setbacks at Telefonica UK, led to many of the best practices now instilled across RPA centres of excellence around the globe. Customer centric at heart, Wayne also specialises in Customer Service Transformation, and has been helping brands in becoming more Digitally focused for their customers. Wayne is an expert in Online Chat, Social Media and Online Communities, meaning he is perfectly placed to help take advantage of Chat Bots & Virtual Assistants. More recently Wayne has concentrate on Cognitive & AI automation, where he leads the European AI Automation practice, helping brands take advantage of this new wave of automation capability. 

James Ewing is a Director in ISG Automation.

Seshadri has a cumulative experience of around two decades in business and specialized functional management. Having worked in iGate, AXA, HGS, he brings in a unique competence of deep business understanding coupled with expertise in strategic, technical and operational management along with leadership development proficiency. He has been a versatile and transformational leader.
